Dan Izhaky
Building safer workplaces and smarter AI systems from New York.
See My WorkI'm Dan Izhaky — CEO of United Safety Technology, founder of JHJ Corp, and a builder who came up through finance before turning to manufacturing and technology.
At USTI, I lead a global team developing life-safety equipment used across industrial, medical, and military applications — the Defender and Everglade respirator lines, Jupiter protective gear, and industrial-grade gloves. We build the kind of products that protect people when it matters most.
Alongside that, I've spent the last few years going deep on AI infrastructure — not as a spectator, but as an operator who builds and runs the systems daily. Multi-agent orchestration, persistent memory, LLM-powered knowledge tools, and the plumbing that makes autonomous workflows actually reliable.
I'm based in Brooklyn, NY.

BuildingBuilder
Personal infrastructure projects: nexus-gateway (MCP memory server), persistent-memory (modular knowledge graph), and kb-daemon (an LLM-powered wiki compiler inspired by Karpathy's LLM OS). Tools I build because I need them.
Open SourceI'm always interested in conversations about safety technology, AI infrastructure, and entrepreneurship.
